□オーダーに関して
オーダーケーキ・オーダークッキーはご注文日より１週間後～2カ月先までのご予約とさせていただきます。
※お急ぎ(１週間以内)のお客様は直接お電話にてお問合せくださいませ。

□お支払い・お受け渡しに関して
お支払いは現金のみとさせていただきます。
店舗営業日のみウルトラジャム店頭にてケーキのお受け渡しを承っております。

□お電話でのお問い合わせに関して
お電話は営業時間内におかけくださいますようお願い致します。
【営業時間】15:00～20:00（ご予約の混雑状況により急な変更あり）
【定休日】不定休

※一人で店舗営業をしている為、接客中などでお電話に出られない場合がございます。
その際はお手数をおかけしますが、留守番電話へメッセージを入れて頂くと改めてこちらからご連絡致します。

※ご予約が集中している時などはご連絡が遅くなる場合がございます。
3営業日以内でのお返事を心がけておりますが、万が一それまでにウルトラジャムから連絡がない場合は恐れ入りますが、再度お電話をお願い致します。

※ありがたいことに海外のお客様からのお問い合わせが増えております。しかしながらオーナーは英語が話せません。恐れ入りますが、日本語が話せる方のみお電話くださいますようお願い致します。)


□About Orders
Reservations for custom cakes and custom cookies can be made from one week to two months in advance from the date of order.
※If you are in a hurry (within one week), please contact us directly by phone.

□About Payment/Delivery
Payment will be made in cash only.
Cake delivery is available at the Ultra Jam store only on store business days.

□About Contact us by phone
Please call us during business hours.

※Since I am running the store alone, I may not be able to answer the phone while serving customers.
In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please leave a message on our answering machine and we will contact you again.

We aim to respond within 3 business days, but if you do not hear from Ultra Jam by then, please call us again.
